Emme & Family. {Springfield Family Photographer}

If you’re a returning visitor to my site then you have seen little Miss Emme featured since she was born.  I look forward to working with her and her family.  I loved how everybody’s styles came together for their family pictures, which they featured on their holiday cards.  This family’s clothing is a great example of coordinating but not being so “matchy matchy”.

Since I’m currently playing catch up, I really miss sharing all the little stories about each session.  One thing about my job is that no two sessions are ever the same.  Hopefully soon I will be caught up and have more time to share my favorite moments or humorous happenings from each session.

Emiana. Fab in Fall. {Mommy Photographer}

Our first Fall with Emiana was absolutely incredible.  We embarked on our first family camping trip and was surprised how much our little one loved playing in the dirt, sleeping under the stars, and exploring the outdoors.  She probably ate a little too much dirt but what a joyous adventure.

Emiana and I got all dressed up for a night downtown with Daddy for his birthday.  I love this photograph we captured before we went shopping at the market.

Our sweet girly attended her first Fall Festival as a Princess Polar Bear.  We borrowed the bear costume from a friend and although it is adorable it just wasn’t girly enough for me.  So, we added a bow, a crown, and a tutu, all in pink of course.  Months 9 and 10 were packed full of amazing memories.

Kenna&Fam. {Springfield Childrens Photographer}

Kenna is one of the most spunky and entertaining toddlers I have ever met.  To say the least, our session was not boring and I might have giggled at her more than any other client of mine.  As most families, Kenna’s parents were anxious about their family session but it turned out great.And a few of Kenna’s customized wallets.

Handsome Luka. 3 months. {Springfield Baby Photographer}

Remember this sweet little guy…

Well, when we met up in the Fall, he was looking like a handsome, little man.  And he had so much he wanted to tell me about!

These are just a few of the customized wallets offered in Luka’s gallery.  What parent or grandparent wouldn’t love showing these off?

Trio of Sibs. {Springfield Childrens Photographer}

This session really was a photographer’s dream.  It is a rare occasion to get three happy, smiling siblings that are ready and willing to be photographed.  On top of that, their mom did such a wonderful job with the styling.  I loved how the outfits were all different but worked well together and we had multiple outfits for the setting.  Fabulous!

Great in Black&White, too!  This 11×14 storyboard was featured in the siblings gallery.  A simple way to display all your favorite photographs in one place.

Chris. 2011 Willard Senior. {Springfield Senior Photographer}

Chris is a 2011 Senior at Willard High School.  He participated in JROTC for four years so we wanted to be sure and feature his uniform in his pictures.  A rare opportunity occurred at his session when the Japanese Stroll Gardens were open and free to use.  Great fun for me and lots of photo ops for him.

Hazel. 5 months. {Springfield Baby Photographer}

Another sweet little one came to visit me, first for an indoor session and then for an outdoor family session.  Hazel’s Mommy and Aunt came prepared with many different outfits and accessories.  It was wonderful to have so much to choose from.

And then with her parents… I LOVE the purple sytling for this set.

3 Beautiful Riders. {Springfield Childrens Photographer}

Back in October, I had the opportunity to photograph three beautiful girls, who are accomplished riders, with their horses.  Our first challenge was to find a scenic area that would allow me to use the facilities as a backdrop for these young ladies.  We finally settled on the Hulston Mill Park in Greenfield.  I was anxious to shot at a brand new area but it turned out perfectly and I look forward to future visits.  I really could go on all day about how much I enjoyed this session but I’ll just share a few photographs instead.

D’Amore MU Style. {Springfield Family Photographer}

I have a long way to go to catch up with sharing my sessions on the blog but I don’t want to leave any of my clients out.  So a short and sweet entry for each one.  I’ve had several opportunties to work with this family over the past several years.  At  this session, we were going for a low-key family session showcasing their love for MU.
