Blue eyes & sweet cheeks at 3 months {Springfield Baby Photographer}

Time has flown since baby Connor’s newborn session and so, in July, we arranged to meet at the park for his 3 month session and some family pics.  It’s always amazing to me how much little ones change so quickly.  Although, Connor wasn’t feeling particularly smiley this day, I love the variety of facial expressions he had for us.

Connor is one of two babies chosen in the 2009 Captured by Sarah Newborn Casting Call.  His portraits, sporting those gorgeous blue eyes and sweet cheeks, will be featured in my promotional items throughout his first year.  All of his 3 month pictures can be viewed in the 3 month_C gallery.

A special congratulations to Connor’s Mommy and Daddy who just purchased their first house.  Connor is sure to love his new nursery, the space to play and explore, and especially your love that will make it a home!

Looking Forward and Back {Our Life}

It’s hard to believe that it has been more than two months since I posted on my blog.  However, it is even more difficult to take in how quickly those two months have flown.  In the past months, I have worked with 27+ clients and edited more than 835 photographs that I hope will be cherished for many years to come.  I want each session to have a moment to shine so in the next week, I’ll be featuring some of the newest work Captured by Sarah.

However, today I thought I would feature some pictures by a guest photographer, “Hubby”.  Our baby girl, Emiana Rose, is due in 94 days.  I feel incredibly blessed as I have been able to continue working and am getting around with relative ease.  We have began preparing our home, made a few decisions about the nursery, registered for classes, and spend a lot of time talking about Emiana.  I’m ashamed to say that these pictures are the first of Emiana and I together but I’m sure we will be making up for it once she is born….

I will continue booking children, family, and High School Seniors through the end of September.  There are a limited number of these sessions remaining, Wednesday-Friday.  I would love to continue adding to my newborn portfolio and will accept babies with expected arrival dates before the end of October.  Also coming soon, dates and times for the LIMITED EDITION 2009 Christmas Card Mini-Sessions.

I look forward to hearing from all of you and hope you enjoy the next few days of photographs.
