Strike a Pose!

Recently Taylor celebrated her birthday with quite the party!  We started the evening with pizza and cake, followed by Mary Kay makeovers, and then had some photography fun.  I was smiling and laughing all night and perhaps even reminiscing a little about when I was in the fifth grade.   Starting with the gorgeous birthday girl…

Although I’ll admit I was exhausted when the night was over, it was a blast!  To see all the photos from this fun-filled evening see Taylor’s Party Gallery.  I’d love to hear from you if you’re interested in a makeover event.  The event includes MaryKay makeup instruction and samples, a photography session for each attendee, and a gift certificate for each young lady to choose her favorite photos from the evening.  It would be perfect for a birthday party, Girl Scouts event, or girls church group.

More than a little Bias, but I think you’ll agree

So, I know I’m more than a little a bias, but I think you’ll agree that this is one adorable face!  Last weekend I had the privilege of photographing my brother-in-law, Eric and his gorgeous wife, Brooke with our nephew Seth.  Our session took place in Skiatook, Oklahoma so a special “Hello!” to the Okies today.

With parents like this, it’s pretty easy to understand why Seth is so charming with those blue eyes and contagious smile.  And check out this face…

And a little editing fun.  A unique Christmas ornament created just for this special family.

I always have a wonderful time photographing family and of course my hubby doesn’t complain when he gets to help with this little guy.  The only complaint on our part is that it doesn’t happen often enough!
